Concentration is the vial amount in milligrams divided by the water you add. Each syringe unit is a fixed slice of a milliliter (0.01 mL on a U-100), so the peptide it holds depends entirely on that concentration. Add more water and every unit holds less. Concentration = vial mg ÷ water mL. On a U-100 syringe, amount per unit (mcg) = concentration × 10. Units = dose (mcg) ÷ amount per unit.
Depends on concentration. A 5 mg vial in 2 mL is 25 mcg per unit, so 250 mcg is 10 units on a U-100 syringe.
